What this error means
FedEx Ground requires a valid customer phone number before a label can be generated.
This can happen when:
the customer phone number is missing
the number contains spaces or special characters
the number is not valid for the customer’s country
How to fix it
Open the RMA.
Check the customer’s phone number in their shipping address.
If the phone number is missing, add a valid phone number.
If a phone number is already present, remove spaces or special characters.
Regenerate the label.
