How to fix it
If the issue is with the merchant return address
Go to Settings → Company Details in the Swap portal.
Review the return address and confirm the postcode and city match correctly.
Save the changes.
Regenerate the label.
If the issue is with the customer's address
Open the RMA.
Review the customer's address.
Verify the city and postcode are correct.
If the country does not commonly use postcodes, try entering
00000as the postcode.Update the address.
Regenerate the label.

Contact support with the RMA ID, customer address, and a screenshot of the error.
