“Address Validation Error on ShipFrom address”

What this error means

UPS could not validate the merchant’s ship-from or return address.

This usually happens when:

  • The address is incomplete

  • The postcode is invalid

  • The city and postcode do not match

  • Required state or province information is missing


How to fix it

  1. Go to Settings → Company Details in the Swap portal

  2. Review the merchant return address

  3. Confirm the following fields are correct:

    • Street address

    • City

    • Postcode

    • State or province (if required)

    • Country

  4. Save the changes

  5. Retry generating the label


Retry the label

After correcting the address details, retry generating the return label.
