What this means
UPS could not validate the ship-from address. This usually happens when:
the postcode is invalid
the city and postcode do not match
required state or province information is missing
the address is incomplete
How to fix it
If the issue is with the merchant return address
Go to Settings → Company Details in the Swap portal.
Review the return address and check that the street, city, postcode, state or province (if required), and country are all correct.
Verify the city and postcode match using a postcode lookup tool.
Save the changes.
Regenerate the label.
If the issue is with the customer's address
Open the RMA.
Review the customer's shipping address.
Verify the city and postcode match using a postcode lookup tool.
Correct the invalid address information.
Regenerate the label.
If the issue continues
Contact support with the RMA ID, the address details, and a screenshot of the error.
