What this error means
UPS could not validate the merchant’s ship-from or return address.
This usually happens when:
The address is incomplete
The postcode is invalid
The city and postcode do not match
Required state or province information is missing
How to fix it
Go to Settings → Company Details in the Swap portal
Review the merchant return address
Confirm the following fields are correct:
Street address
City
Postcode
State or province (if required)
Country
Save the changes
Retry generating the label
Retry the label
After correcting the address details, retry generating the return label.
