What this means

This error is commonly caused when the return address is located in Northern Ireland.

DPD does not currently support returns from Northern Ireland through this integration.


How to fix

  1. Open the RMA.

  2. Check the customer’s return address.

  3. Confirm whether the address is located in Northern Ireland.

  4. Change the carrier to Royal Mail.

  5. Regenerate the label.

If the label still fails after changing carriers, contact Support and include:

  • RMA ID

  • customer address

  • screenshot of the error
