Overview

Each event sent from Swap to Klaviyo includes structured data about the return, order, customer, and items. Use this data in Klaviyo flows to personalise email content, apply conditional logic, or build segmentation based on return behaviour.

Events

Swap sends four events to Klaviyo:

  • V2- Return Created – a customer submits a return request.

  • V2- Return Processed – a return is processed (refund, exchange, store credit).

  • V2- Return Tracking Label Update – the shipping tracking status changes.

  • V2- Return Delivered – the returned item is delivered to the warehouse.

Each event can be toggled on or off per store in the Swap dashboard.

Note: Klaviyo filters are exact-match. Field values are case-, space-, and punctuation-sensitive — copy values from the API docs rather than transcribing them from event payloads.
