Create RMA (Override the Return Window) (Returns V2)

Swap allows you to set a return window in which returns are accepted. However, we understand the need to override this policy for certain customers at certain times.

Overriding the Return Window Policy

  1. Go to "Return Requests"

    Go to 'Return Requests'

  2. Click "Override RMA"

    Click 'Override RMA'

  3. Enter an order number

    Enter an order number

  4. Add the Customer email

    Add the Customer email

  5. Use this toggle to override the return window policy

  6. Use this toggle to override the shipping fees

    Use this toggle to override the shipping fees

  7. Click "Apply Override". A new window will open with the returns portal.
