Swap allows you to set a return window in which returns are accepted. However, we understand the need to override this policy for certain customers at certain times.

Overriding the Return Window Policy
Go to "Return Requests"
Click "Override RMA"
Enter an order number
Add the Customer email
Use this toggle to override the return window policy
Use this toggle to override the shipping fees
Click Apply Override. This will then save the requested information. You can then proceed as normal with creating a return on your website. Click 'Submit a Return' and go through the process as if you were the customer. The override will then apply correctly, and the return will go through as expected.
