Create RMA (Override Return Shipping Fees) (Returns V2)

Swap allows you to set various return, exchange, and credit postage fees. However, we understand the need to grant free postage to certain customers at certain times.

Overriding the Return Shipping Fees

  1. Go to "Return Requests"

    Go to 'Return Requests'

  2. Click "Override RMA"

    Click 'Override RMA'

  3. Enter an order number

    Enter an order number

  4. Add the Customer email

    Add the Customer email

  5. Use this toggle to override the shipping fees

  6. Click "Apply Override". A new window will open with the returns portal.
