SEKO — Invalid Suburb / City / Postcode Combination

Error message

Error: SEKO API returned errors: Origin: The attempted Suburb/City/Postcode combination does not exist in the database. Please update the combination and try again.

Carrier: SEKO

What this means

SEKO rejected the shipment because the suburb, city, and postcode combination is invalid.

This is most commonly seen with Australian and New Zealand addresses.

How to fix

  1. Open the RMA.

  2. Verify the suburb, city, and postcode.

  3. For Australian addresses, verify the postcode using Australia Post.

  4. If the city contains “Saint”, try shortening it to “St”.

  5. Update the address.

  6. Regenerate the label.

If the issue continues

If the address appears valid but the error still occurs:

  • contact Support

  • include the full address

  • include the RMA ID

  • include a screenshot of the error
