Customising the portal: Adding a collection link

Letting customers know they can't add a direct booking link for collection on their product but they can direct their customers to the link

You can add the link and info about Royal Mail collections on the portal confirmation page. Customers can organise a collection with their tracking number from their label at https://www.royalmail.com/collection.

⚠️ For Royal Mail collections, the customer must select the printed label. The QR code will not work. Consider adding this information to the Return Portal landing page.

Adding the Text

Where to add the text:

  1. Go to your Swap dashboard

  2. Head to Returns → Design → Portal

  3. Scroll down and add the text in the ‘Confirmation Page Text’ box
