Bypass Services — When to Use and When to Avoid

Bypass services allow merchants to ship orders that do not pass through the Voila/Swap global integration — typically for manually created orders.

What bypass services do NOT include:

- Enriched duty/tax data

- B2B2C value injection

- Swap API processing

Why this matters: Because the order bypasses the enrichment layer, duties and taxes may not be correctly calculated or collected. This creates financial risk — Dispatch Cloud may be unable to recover those costs.
