Voila is used for full integrations where a WMS or 3PL provider has built a direct connection to the Dispatch Cloud/Swap layer.
If a provider does not have a Voila integration: Their carrier accounts are connected directly, which limits the team's ability to troubleshoot or control shipment data.
To check current integration status: Use the integration source of truth document (provided by Charlie Hill). This lists which WMS/3PL integrations are live, in progress, or not yet available.
