Arranging a fedex carrier collection for parcels to be picked up within the UK only, if international shipments, Fin will need to escalate to agent.

How to book a collection

  1. Enter one 12-digit tracking number from your shipment

  2. Enter the collection postcode (ship-from address)

  3. Continue to the next step

  4. Add:

    • Total number of parcels

    • Total weight

    • Preferred collection time

Important

  • You only need one tracking number to start

  • You can add the rest of the shipment details on the next screen

  • This is for collections within the UK only - internations shipments, please arrange the collection by contacting us via the widget.
