Enabling Swap as a carrier in your Mintsoft account allows you to access the duty and tax information needed to create accurate shipping labels and commercial invoices for cross-border shipments.
Notes
Currently, this setup only generates FedEx shipping labels and commercial invoices.
Enable Swap as a carrier in Mintsoft
Go to: Connect → Courier Integrations → Partner Connections.
Find Swap
Scroll until you see the Swap tile (black logo on white).
Click "Request Approval"
You’ll see a prompt: “Do you want to request an account from Swap?”
Click “Continue”
Contact us
Contact your rep at Swap to let them know that you’ve requested approval so they can approve your request.
This should happen within 24 hours, but if it takes longer please contact support.
