How to Change the Portal Background (Returns V2)

Changing the portal background lets you upload a custom image to the Returns Portal, up to 1MB in size. This article walks through the steps to update it.

This guide offers instructions on changing the background of the Returns Portal. The recommended image size is 1080x2000. The maximum file size allowed is 1 mb. Supported formats include PNG, JPEG, GIF, and WebP.

  1. Go to your Swap Dashboard

  2. Open the Returns drop-down menu

  3. Click "Design"

  4. Click "Continue Editing"

  5. Click here to upload a (new) background image

  6. Click "Next" to change other backgrounds

  7. Click "Back" to return to the previous step

  8. When finished, click "Save & Publish"
