Inventory Health

Inventory health is your daily snapshot of what is happening today, both from a risk and an opportunity perspective.

Hero Metrics

Hero metrics give you a quick pulse check on overall inventory health, including sell-through rate, weeks of supply, stock value, and overstock/understock percentages. The understock and overstock SKUs are calculated based on the configured risk levels/thresholds.

You can customise your overstock and understock thresholds in the Settings panel to better reflect your internal targets.

Top & Bottom Performers

This section highlights the products performing best and worst based on Revenue or Units sold. It’s a fast way to identify what’s flying off the shelves and what might need a markdown or stock review. These are products that include all variants in the metrics. You can easily open each card and get more specific metrics on each product.

The list updates based on Revenue or Units sold, and you can click into any product for a deeper look. To change how performance is assessed (e.g., over 4 vs. 8 weeks), click the filter in the top-right corner.

You can also easily open the Product/SKU view side panel by clicking the product title.

Inventory Table

The inventory table brings together your full product range, making it easy to scan performance, filter by category or risk levels, and sort by what matters most. You can slice your data by multiple filters or use smart tabs at the top.

Each row shows product-level insights, and rows can be expanded or clicked to access variant-level performance. You can tailor the thresholds used to calculate risk states (such as overstocked or understocked) in Settings.

SKU View

Clicking into any product opens the SKU view, where you’ll see all its variants, such as sizes or colours, alongside key metrics. All data is refreshed in real time from Shopify.

For now, you can only set thresholds for variant-level.

Thresholds & Alerts

All risk states, alerts, and suggestions are powered by your own logic - so the system reflects your reality. Whether you prefer to flag overstock at 12 weeks of supply or start thinking about markdowns after 60 days, it’s all configurable.

Go to Settings to define your preferred thresholds for WOS (under- and overstocked), reorder date lead time, and safety stock to calculate accurately when you need to order. These settings instantly apply across your entire dashboard.
