Swap Protect will send emails to customers about their orders. All customer queries for Swap Protect will be routed to our resolution team, which will handle questions regarding customer claims.


Order Placed

This email is sent when the order containing Swap Protect is placed.

Claim Request

Sent when the customer places a claim request

Claim Denied

Sent when the customer’s claim is denied. The email will contain reasons why the claim is denied.
